With the collaboration of Dr. Rima Bahous Associate Professor of Education Chairperson, Education Department in LAU; a workshop was given to the Math, English and Science English Section teachers. The workshop introduced the teachers to an effective curricula writing designed to suit and fit the needs of the lebanese curriculum in order to help students become fluent writers, speakers and readers from the beginning of their school journey, to ensure good future exam results. Furthermore, teachers’ attendance to such workshops will help create an effective learning environment, improve teaching-learning situations, keep teachers updated on modern instructional devices and inspire them to become better teachers in the modern world. Therefore, the continuation of similar professional development is of upmost importance to our school as it ensures that our teachers continue to be competent and updated in their profession.It is and will be an ongoing process that will continue throughout the academic years.
