Imagine visiting different countries, attending the most famous celebrations and then being back at school before the bell rings!
The grade 5 students took a virtual trip around the world, discovered many places and festivities. It was a part of their class project “Celebrations around the world” that included a mix of educational videos, research, oral presentations and reading informational texts. All these classroom activities highlighted the importance of exposing children to other cultures and traditons.
It was an amazing and enriching experience!
