On behalf of His Holiness Pope Francis, the Prefect of the Dicastery for the Eastern Churches, H.E. Msgr. Claudio Gugerotti presented the Papal « Cross of Honor » to Brother Peter Bray, FSC, EdD, Vice Chancellor of Bethlehem University – جامعة بيت لحم for his service to the Church.It is one of the highest honors that the Pope can bestow.
