“TECHNOLOGY MAKES PEOPLE LESS SOCIAL” was the thought-provoking topic of the debate competition in which our school, La Salle Beit Hanina, was proud to participate alongside Sts. Tarkmanchatz Armenian School and Schmidt-Schule.
The event took place in La Salle Beit Hanina and brought together talented young speakers who demonstrated critical thinking, teamwork, and the courage to express their ideas with confidence and respect. Throughout the competition, grade 8 students exchanged insightful arguments and showcased excellent communication and debating skills.
The prizes were awarded as follows:
• Sts. Tarkmanchatz Armenian School – Best Counterarguments, Best Opening and Closing Speech, and Best Teamwork
• La Salle Beit Hanina – Best Arguments and Most Respectful Attitude
• Schmidt-Schule – Best Defense and Winner of the Day
