As part of the International Lasallian Days for Peace 2026, under the theme “Peace, Piece by Piece: Building a Fraternal World,” a group of students from Collège des Frères Bethlehem produced a short film highlighting the importance of promoting peace, respect, tolerance, and dialogue while standing against bullying in all its forms.
The film emphasizes the essential role students can play in creating a school environment built on mutual respect, kindness, and understanding. It reminds us that peace is more than a message we share; it is reflected in our daily actions, in the way we treat one another, and in our willingness to accept differences and respect others.
The film was written, filmed, edited, and directed by student Maryam Ayyad, with the participation of Sara Ibrahim, Rayan Dabnak, Larissa Marzouqa, Yaman Al-Sharif, Malak Sarhan, Alfredo Abu Eid, Tala Al-Zawahra, Youhanna Diab, Omar Raef Mahmoud, and Annabella Shaheen.
Collège des Frères Bethlehem takes great pride in this student-led initiative, which reflects the creativity, awareness, and sense of responsibility of our students. Through filmmaking and storytelling, they have demonstrated how young people can use their talents to deliver meaningful messages and contribute to a more peaceful and compassionate community.
This initiative reflects the heart of our Lasallian educational mission, which encourages fraternity, mutual respect, and the development of individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in the world.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all participating students for their creativity and dedication in bringing this meaningful message to life.
Together, we build peace, starting with ourselves.
