This summer was filled with joy, resilience, and togetherness at Fratelli. Despite the ongoing challenges our country faces, your unwavering support allowed us to create safe spaces, fun moments, and meaningful growth for children, teens, and youth from 21 july to 12 august.

Children’s Summer Camp
264 young participants enjoyed a camp filled with sports, art, music, circus show and a pool excursion. They laughed, played, and learned how to share moments of joy with one another. The smiles on their faces were a true reflection of the spirit of Fratelli.

179 teens brought unmatched energy to the camp. From role play, sports and team challenges to a circus show and a pool excursion, their enthusiasm filled every day. These moments helped them build confidence, friendships, and memories they will carry forward.

Youth Summer Camp
98 participants of our youth explored deeper connections through group activities, food preparation, music, and shared experiences. The camp was not only about fun but also about fostering responsibility, leadership, and strong bonds among them.

The Power of Community
One of the most rewarding aspects of this summer was seeing the genuine excitement of our participants. They arrived each day full of energy and positive spirits. What was truly astonishing was the exemplary behavior we witnessed from the children and teens. Not a single act of violence or aggression occurred. This is a powerful testament to the effectiveness of our anti-bullying sessions, psychosocial activities, and the dedication of our teachers and tutors. Their hard work created a safe and harmonious environment, and the positive behavior of our participants is the best possible proof of its impact.

We were delighted to welcome Helana Morcos, a new volunteer, who integrated seamlessly into our family. Her commitment, kindness, and energy enriched the summer activities and left a mark on everyone she worked with.
Reflecting and Improving

After completing the camps, our team gathered for an evaluation day. Together, we assessed our activities, listened to feedback, and shared insights to ensure that we continue to grow and offer the best possible support for the children and youth we serve.
Staff Excursion and Celebration
As a team, we also took a moment to celebrate ourselves. We visited Beit El Din Castle and enjoyed a meal together in Barouk. The day was filled with joy, laughter, and togetherness. We also celebrated the birthdays of our colleagues born in August.

Br. Maurice’s Farewell
We held a heartfelt farewell for Brother Maurice, who left Lebanon on September 6 for a new mission. Brother Maurice’s dedication and presence will always remain a part of Fratelli’s journey.
This summer reminded us once again that even in times of difficulty, joy, hope, and fraternity can shine brightly. Thank you for being part of our journey and for continuing to stand with us.
