La Salle Jerusalem: The School’s Strategic Plan for 2025–2030

In an atmosphere of joy and optimism for the new academic year, the administration of Freres School in Jerusalem organized a general meeting to mark the start of the new academic year, attended by all teachers and with the participation of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Nakhlah Beida. At the beginning of the meeting, the school principal and department heads welcomed the teachers and praised their efforts and excellence. The school excelled in last year’s Tawjihi exam results. After the welcoming remarks from the department heads, Dr. Nakhlah Beida gave a speech expressing his love, praise, and gratitude to the teachers for their continued sacrifice for the school and its students. Then, the general theme of the school year was presented, entitled “Everything is Connected,” which refers to the global nature of the school and the interconnectedness of its institutions, motivating us to work in an integrated manner. After that, the local educational theme was presented, entitled “For a Pioneering Educational Renaissance.” We hope that the coming academic year will be a year full of success and progress for everyone)

To complete the process of preparing the strategic plan, and after a series of meetings and workshops in different groups, the school administration organized an extensive meeting led by educational supervisor Aida Salama, during which the main points and objectives of the strategic plan were presented.

The meeting provided a space for in-depth discussion among the educational staff, allowing for the necessary comments, additions, and amendments to be made. At the end of the dialogue, agreement was reached on the final plan, which represents a clear roadmap for the school in its quest to advance the educational process and improve the quality of teaching and learning, in line with the school’s mission and values.

This plan is based on strengthening human resources, including teachers and students, developing curricula and teaching methods, activating extracurricular activities, and building strategic partnerships with local and international institutions. Its main objective is to enable graduates to enroll in universities and actively engage in society, making them responsible, proactive individuals who believe in their role in serving their country.
