La Salle Jérusalem: Spelling Bee Contest Highlights

This year’s Spelling Bee Contest at our school was a vibrant and inspiring event, held for students from 3rd to 8th grade. Each grade level had its own competition, allowing students to shine among their peers and

showcase their spelling skills and vocabulary mastery.

In 3rd grade, we had two talented winners: Ahmad Masri took 1st place,

followed by Mohammad Nasser Eddin in 2nd place.

The 4th-grade competition saw strong performances as well, with Imad Al Ghoul

earning 1st place and Daniel Said taking 2nd. From 5th grade, Bassam

Alhalwani won 1st place and Joury Baibouh came in 2nd.

The 6th-grade Spelling Bee was especially remarkable, with an outstanding level of participation and enthusiasm. Three students rose to

the top: Sedra Dijani, who impressed everyone with her speed and

accuracy, secured 1st place, followed by Suhaib Abdelmoumen in 2nd

and Mohammad Abu-Diyab in 3rd.

In 7th grade, Layan Smoom claimed 1st place and Moussa Abdelrahman

came in 2nd.

Finally, the 8th-grade competition was fierce, with Nicola

Baddour taking 1st place and Marcos Kamel earning 2nd.

We are incredibly proud of all our participants. Their enthusiasm, preparation, and confidence were truly inspiring.

Congratulations to all our winners—you’ve made your school proud!
