At the beginning of the 2024-2025 academic year, the students of the secondary section at the college des Freres / New Gate gathered in the school courtyard for a festive welcome. They were greeted by the school director, Brother Daoud Kassabry, and the Deputy Director of the secondary section, Mr. Issa Deeb, who welcomed them with the warmest expressions of love, encouragement, and perseverance. In his brief speech, Brother Daoud emphasized that as residents of Jerusalem, we must make our city and every neighborhood within it pulse with love and dignity through our community responsibility, perseverance, and hard work.
Following this, Mr. Issa Deeb spoke, urging the students to work diligently and wishing them a successful academic year.
In the primary section, Supervisor Mona Hazo welcomed the students with great warmth, where some students delivered speeches expressing their eagerness and longing for the school and its teachers. They proudly stated how honored they are to be part of this distinguished educational institution that has been standing for 150 years, even before the establishment of many countries in the region.
